Sunnybank is situated on the opposite side of the road from the barn courtyard, with its own secluded garden and parking for 3 cars. It offers extensive views of the surrounding area. You will find the interior light and spacious. A good sized lounge with open fireplace. There is an open plan kitchen/dining room leading off to a conservatory. There are 3 bedrooms - 1 double and 2 twins. A bathroom with corner bath and shower over, wash basin and toilet. A separate shower room with wash basin and toilet.

Services: Full oil fired central heating, first basket of logs, oil, electric, bed linen and towels all inclusive. A cot and high chair are available on request. T.V. and video, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, automatic washing machine. Picnic table, chairs and barbeque. One well behaved dog welcome.
