The Roost is accessed by steep granite steps to the first floor apartment, with far reaching views across the surrounding countryside to the moors.

There is a good sized lounge with high ceilings and exposed beams and patio doors that open onto the granite steps. A multifuel burning stove keeps the property cosy throughout the year. Dining/kitchen and 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. A bathroom with shower over, washbasin and toilet.

Services: Full oil fired central heating controlled by the owner on the ground fl oor, multifuel burning stove. First basket of logs, oil, electric, bed linen and towels inclusive. Parking for 2 cars. Cot and high chair on request. T.V., electric cooker, microwave, fridge. Auto washing machines free of charge, and coin operated tumble drier in separate building. One well behaved dog welcome.
