The Roost offers a spacious first floor apartment which is accessed by steep external granite steps, with far reaching views across the surrounding countryside to the moors. The ground floor is occupied by the owners, privacy is assured but a warm welcome awaits.
The property opens from the granite steps, through patio doors into the spacious lounge with high ceilings and exposed beams and multifuel burning stove. Dining/kitchen 2 bedrooms, 1 large double with wonderful views and 1 small twin bedroom. A large bathroom with shower over, washbasin and toilet. Open area with BBQ and garden furniture, shared paddock area. Sorry no pets.
Services: Full oil fired central heating controlled by the owner on the ground floor, multifuel burning stove. First basket of logs, oil, electric, bed linen and towels inclusive. Parking for 2 cars. T.V. DVD, electric cooker, microwave, fridge. Auto washing machines free of charge, and coin operated tumble drier in separate building.
